What we practice
Six areas, chosen because a town this size needs them done well and done here. Each page below tells you who it is for, what the work includes, what it costs, and exactly what happens next.
- 3.1Family LawSeparation, divorce, parenting arrangements, and support, handled with a written plan from the first meeting.
- 3.2Real Estate & ConveyancingPurchases, sales, and refinances at a flat fee you see before you commit to anything.
- 3.3Wills & EstatesWills, powers of attorney, probate, and estate administration, in documents your family can act on.
- 3.4Small BusinessIncorporations, contracts, leases, and the paperwork that keeps a main-street business standing.
- 3.5EmploymentSeverance reviews, wrongful dismissal, and workplace agreements, for employees and employers both.
- 3.6Civil DisputesNeighbour disputes, contract claims, and small claims court, resolved as early and as cheaply as honesty allows.
3.7 Not our kind of matter
Some work sits outside our six areas. If yours is here, these public services are a better first call than we are, and you do not need a referral from us to use them.
A criminal charge
We do not practise criminal law. A charge needs a criminal lawyer, and quickly.
